Awa NIANG Communication Director, Orange Senegal My name is Awa, from Senegal, 42 years old and mom of 3 wonderful kids, a girl and 2 boys I have been studying at the American Business School of Paris and been graduated with an BSBA (option advertising). In 1996 I joined the advertising agency; McCann Erickson Senegal as a chief advertising in charge of a local portofolio. Two years after, I was promoted as an advertising Manager. I handled several international brand such as CoCa-Cola , Western Union, Ecobank, British American Tobbaco. In 2002, I became an Advertising Director for Panafrican campaign. In charge of the Regional Western Union account (French speaking countries in West & Central Africa). After 10 years of advertising experience I decided to go for new challenges. I had the opportunity to join Suneor in 2006, a Food-processing company (seed & table oil). In 2008, the Orange adventure started, when I joined Orange Mali, as an Operational Marketing & communication Manager. Since 2012, I am in charge of the Brand & commercial communication at Orange Senegal. |
