Sanaa BOUSBAI Digital & CRM Manager, Danone, Morocco After receiving Masters in Brand Management, Sanaa has started her career in Operational Marketing and Customer Assets Management at Xerox France, in Paris. She then worked as Product Manager at Wonderbox, a company specialized in gifts boxes where she had the chance to lead the implementation of different range of products. Sanaa took her first steps on the Web back in 2007 when she joined a start-up in Paris as a Web Marketing Manager. After spending 7 years in Paris, she came back to her native country, Morocco, in 2009 to join Group Centrale Laitière Danone as Digital & CRM Manager. Over the years, her mission was to develop the presence of marketing and corporate brands on all digital platforms. Guarantor of monitoring and good execution of the digital strategy in compliance with the global strategy, Sanaa has been supporting teams on Social Media issues, Brand Content, Webmarketing, E-reputation, online advertising and CRM. Aside from her position, Sanaa serves as President of the Strategy & Content Commission at the Moroccan Association of Marketing and Communication (AMMC). Passionate about her job with an outgoing personality, Sanaa is invited on a regular basis as a Speaker on conferences, training and round tables during trade fairs and events relating to Digital Marketing. |
